Dalton ne kararopan ke utpadan par padne wale prabhavon ko teen bhagon mein vibhajit kiya hai -
Kary karne tatha bachat karne ki shamta par prabhav:kar lagaye jaane ke parinamswaroop kardata ki aay ka kuchh bhag sarkar ke pass hastantrit ho jaata hai isse kardata ki kray shakti kam ho jaati hai.
